Biodanza: Embodying the Splendor of Life
Come dance in community in the abundance of summer.
Biodanza is a human development practice that plays with music, movement, and the group. Restoring our biologically normal connections in safety and joy, we have a fantastic time together. Come see what it’s all about.
The event will be facilitated by Maira Martinez, internationally-known Biodanza facilitator and Director of the Biodanza School of Montreal and Southwest Quebec, as well as of the newly-forming Biodanza School of New York State.
Bring a bag lunch and snacks. There is access to a private stream on property, bring a swimsuit and towel if you like. There is ample delicious drinking water.
Though a Biodanza event like this typically charges adults admission of $50-110 (sliding scale), this event is by donation, or “conscious contribution.” With “Conscious Contribution,” we invite attendees to contribute in a model of “reciprocal generosity”. Please consider giving generously within your means, in balance to the time, skill, and attention given generously by the presenter.
Reciprocal contributions support the attendee, the presenter, the community as a whole. In this way we create an inclusive social environment in which we all can thrive! Thank you!
