Dance Church is a heart-opening celebration of joy and togetherness, great music, and a moving community. And we've refined it over the years into something subtle and profound. When we show up to dance together, we have the opportunity to dance our true self-expression and be witnessed by the community. And we are simultaneously affirming others in the same way. In that dance, we can feel in our bodies that we are indeed a beautiful project of life itself! We become alive together and rediscover that we are welcomed to be ourselves, in whatever state we find ourselves at the moment — we are human, living in a state of change. There is space to show up, no matter what may be happening in our lives and the world. And this mutual acceptance is a deeply healing and transformational practice.

Together, let's manifest the possibilities for transformation of the human condition - to remove all the chains that bind any of us - to replace our culture of separation with the culture of love! While we consider Dance Church to be a deep spiritual and cultural evolutionary practice, it is, of course, non-denominational. And free in every way.

Children are very welcome with adult supervision.
