We anticipate this event to fill to capacity. Register early, and please contact us if you require financial assistance to attend.
We strive to be a caring community. If you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending in order to protect others. Contact us prior to the retreat for a full refund in case of illness. Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded as follows: No refunds within four days of the event start. Between 10 days and 4 days before event start: 50% refund. Three weeks to 10 days before event start: 75% refund. Three weeks or more before event start: 100% refund, less a processing fee of not more than 15%.
